PHYSICAL THERAPY

“'Change happens through movement, and movement heals.”
- Joseph Pilates

Pilates serves as a vital link between injury and healthy movement, and we take that role seriously. Our mission? To make you stronger, safely.

Enter our in house Physical Therapist, Stephanie Muntzer of Blend PT! With nearly three decades of experience as a licensed physical therapist specializing in orthopedic and pelvic floor rehabilitation, Stephanie brings a wealth of expertise to our team.

In addition to being a brilliant PT, Stephanie is a certified Pilates teacher, seamlessly integrating her deep appreciation for Pilates with hands-on manual treatment and modalities like dry needling.

Stephanie's journey, from NCAA Division I athlete to her role as the visionary founder of Blend PT, reflects her unwavering commitment to bridging the gap between traditional physical therapy and clients' actual functional needs. She's not just treating symptoms but optimizing health, helping individuals to rediscover their well-being and get back to what they enjoy.

Prepare for a paradigm shift as Stephanie's meticulous assessments address any lingering discomfort and elevate your Pilates practice to new heights. Many of our teachers work with her personally and have experienced remarkable client transformations under her guidance.

Reach out to Steph directly to schedule a session, and she'll coordinate with your teacher seamlessly. We are thrilled to offer this unique and powerful collaboration.
